That's a good question, I usually don't keep track of them, I know that someone may tell me I've had one, I also know sometimes I gone through one, I don't keep them written down, then there's some other times did I or not have one? There that way in my life, my seizures are more stable than before and ok with, I when I go to my doc, she asks me how many I have had, I have to give a estimate guess on how many, she is ok with my response to her question how many I've had. My opinion

I think there's one Epsy. You can set reminders for your medications and keep track of your seizures.

just write all do my seizure activity in my "notes" section in my iPad. My iPad is like my 3rd arm and I'm never without it.

I currently log mine in my notes but I found a cool app called Seizure Log that even allows one to video tape a seizure. Check it out. All the best! 😀

Hi everyone. Pleeeese keep a HANDWRITTEN diary. I've always done so and it was a life saver this past year as my insurance company did not want to pay for the Brand name meds. With my handwritten seizure diary, on any given day, my handwriting was different, i.e. larger letters one day and lower in size the next event, etc. Not every sentence looks the same on any given entry. These entries went back 13 years. The insurance company had no way to say that I created all entries digitally in one day just to get my Brand name meds. I have them now. So, again please keep a handwritten diary.
