I was wondering if anyone else feels increasingly worse starting 3 to 5 days before having a tonic clonic seizure? I'll start feeling strange about a week before and it gets worse every day before the big one hits. I get confused and foggy with a constant feeling of unrest until the day of my seizure/s when I can barely move from one room to another. You are smart to be able to distinguish the difference between those feelings, and the happenings. My thought process gets so cloudy and smeared I dont know a thing. lol And I live alone, I wish I did not live alone!! I need assistance some how.
I seem to have tonic seizure a lot but I don't have a grand mal after. Stress--lack of sleep anxity really sets. Anything off. Or over doing pushing and doing to much
I haven't noticed to be honest, but I also have absence seizures and I find if I have too many absences then it will lead to a tonic clonic seizure. I also feel generally unwell in the morning as I usually have them within a few hours of waking. Hope you feel better soon.
