Burning Sensation Inside My Head And Vision Turned Gold
A MyEpilepsyTeam Member asked a question πŸ’

I was standing next you my boyfriend just talking and all of a sudden my vision turned a gold color and the sides of my vision started to close in. Along with that was a burnin sensation in my brain. It hurts so bad that I literally tried to scratch it out. Now it comes in flashes and when it's not burning it feels cold! Has anyone ever experienced this before?

I see stripes or spots and I get ringing in my ears and I smell weird things. I have only had 2 auras. The other times a seizure just comes completely out of nowhere.

Also missing sleep can bring on an aura for sure , if you don't catch up on sleep the next one could be a seizure

I notice that I have bright stars flashing when I'm close to a seizure. I stop everything and get close to the floor. Calm myself with yoga type breathing. There is no pain but blurred vision and feeling very much out of it.
