I also have never heard of sensory seizures. That kind of sounds like what happens to me when I have a seizure. When I have a seizure my eyes will start to blink really fast and I will fixate on one Item. I can normally hear what others are saying and remember bits and pieces but not most of what happened. Sometimes if I'm lucky my husband can pull me out of the seizure before it becomes full on

I am not sure if this is what you mean by electric shocks in your brain but when I have my episodes now it kind of is a pins and needles feeling in my head accompanied by a static sound

I have a suspicion that I have a form of epilepsy but I’ve had so many other things wrong with me that I haven’t been checked for it yet. These brain zaps you are talking about sounds very familiar to me. I’ve also had feelings of a pulling on the back of my brain as if by a large magnet pulling on it suddenly. Or I’ve had a dropping feeling, as if I’m in an elevator that just stopped.
Are these also common with epilepsy? Have you experienced other weird brain things?
