Music Or Humour
A MyEpilepsyTeam Member asked a question 💭

When I get stressed I know it can lead to a seizure.

What helps is either listening to music or having a laugh at something.

What do you listen to? or what do find funny?

When I get stressed I talk to a family or friend about what is stressing me out, that helps me get over it sooner. Then we start laughing about something and I will feel better, I love laughing, some music could cause seizures for me and when I am stressed out music is the last thing i want to listen to. Its like putting frosting on the cake
