I get about a 30 second warning with DeJa Vu starting as weird, distorted memory of maybe being wherever I am, was there before. Is very interesting to experience. I sit down or get down on the ground or floor before the event kicks in.

Yes, aura is the feel of a seizure coming on, but not as a seizure begins to go in effect, it leads to unconsciousness and later as you recover from the seizure ,you feel to be tired and sleepy.
But yes just "the feel of a seizure coming on" is the aura.....I've dealt with it for just a few seconds and the seizure went away. That was just a moment of aura.
I hope I explained that alright.
I have Grand- mal seizures but there's a new name out now,for those type.
It's went on for 46 years and I've dealt with it and studied the kind of epilepsy I have and learned how to try and prevent the feel of "aura". It's not a good feeling !!!

Yes, I always have auras. I get nervous during the aura, which often leads to a seizure. Sometimes I can avoid the seizure with deep breathing.

Absolutely. ...it goes on for about 10-15 seconds and then the seizure begins.
