I take Dilantin and Phenobarbitol, in the last year I have been having Seizure activity, I had on breakthrough seizure in my sleep as far. They tried adding Keppra to the other two but I was turned into a zombie so they weaned me off of the Keppra and put me on Tegretol. I am now up to taking 250 mg a day and have all of the side effects , especially the blurred vision and confusion, I literally made reservations to stay in a hotel in the wrong city! I take Brand Tegretal and Brand Lamictol with no side affects and sz free since taking that
I have taken phenobarbitone since 14 and they are the best for me, was on Epanutin also. Before that Valium.
Epanutin isn't a kind drug. Been on Keppra but they have stopped working for me and make me so tired.
Going for a blood test tomorrow arghhh. Sleep well and think happy thoughts xx Been 7 years without a fit then had one when my Doc decided to raise my Phenobarbs Grrr lol
I was on phenobarbital and dIllanri. It messed me up. All they did is keep adding more if I was still having seizures. I took over 20 pills a day. That's when I was about 8years old. My gums were so swollen that it covered half of my teeth.
