I woke up at the bottom of my bed, laying on my laptop, thinking "how did I get here?" That never happens to me, but I guess that's another seizure, making two this week. I can't guarantee it, because if I bit my tongue (and I always bite it in the same spot) I wouldn't have known, as I bit it during my tonic-clonic on Thursday. Who knows?

For me I know I have if my cheek or tongue have bite marks, and are sore. Plus I always have stuff on my bed, so if something ends up on the floor, that can let me know. I wish all the ones I have were just when I'm in bed asleep.

I have night time seizures most of the time. To be honest, I'd rather have them in bed when asleep rather than being out & about!
