Iam on keppra 3000 per day and zonisamide 600 per day and I just found out I have myoclonic jerks and was given clonzipam which I haven't taken since I was in elementary school

I have to take clonazepam for the seizures and have no problems with sleepiness. I had an episode where I was hospitalized when a doctor tried to take it away from me too quickly. Hope this is helpful.

I use is as a seizure medicine and if I get an aura like I am going to have a seizure I also take it then. For that I use the ODT orally desigrentating tablet that melts in your mouth and works faster. It works half the time but I will take those odds any time over having a seizure.
