Stress, Anxiety Attacks, And Epilepsy
A MyEpilepsyTeam Member asked a question 💭

Just want to know how much stress is too much stress for epilepsy and can it cause to have an anxiety attack? The reason for me asking is because I have been under so much stress since staying with my parents again and I'm afraid that sooner or later I may have another anxiety attack.

pray, my man. give it to God. anytime i have an anxiety attack or panic attack (which aren't too often) i immediately force myself to think of things that i'm thankful for. it may not help you, but it does me.

.. Underdog,
That's why I left My Mother at age 19. Couldn't handle Her and YES the stress was unbearable!! It wasn't My Father, I told Him first and He helped Me find a place to tell Her.. The NYC International Boat Show... hahaha did it in public and She couldn't scream NO!

Thank you ChadMartin...I guarantee you and everyone who replied to my question that I do plan to keep myself away from all the stress and negativity that has been really making things effective on my epilepsy. I plan to look at things more on the positive side and just spend more time with the ones that make my life more happy and relaxed. I will just continue to spend lots of my time with my wife and her friends from work. Anyway, thank you to everyone for your support. I myself will be happy to do the same for everyone as well.

just want to thank you for your advice. what I am doing now to keep away from all the stress is to try and stay away from my parents place as much as I can since that is where most of my stress is coming from. in order to help me, I'm also doing lots of exercising such as walking and morning stretching and sometimes even trying to do some yoga if possible. I also spend lots of time with my wife and just try to go to places just to relax and have fun. looking forward to going out of town in the next month or so. anyway, just want to thank you.
