What is maximelt? I've never heard of it

I like that Maximelt. The Rx says don't open the pack until you're ready to take it and I see why. It starts melting when you touch it. I don't fool with taking an Rx for an ice pick headache. Because while they are extremely painful, they don't last that long. Sometimes though, it's hard to tell if its an ice pick headache or the start of a really bad migraine

I'm having one right now. Called in a prescription for Maxalt... which I take rarely, hoping it will help.

I also get to them and seem much worse around menstruation.
My neurologist did offer s medication to prevent them but I declined due to infrequency and amount of medication I already take.
Pain killers don’t work as they’re over so quickly.

I hope you feel better real soon. Fiorcet didn't help me, gave me rebound headaches. But that's me, not everyone gets them.
