I take this medication ( Zonegran) in addition to Keppra, been taking it for about a year. The only side effects I noticed were, need to drink more water, weight loss and dizziness but since I take it at night before bed that really does not concern me.

No, I've been on I for several years along with Keppra and several other meds and haven't really noticed any side effects. Other than I still have seizures.

Keppera I take every day and sometime in have side effects is insomnia that's one of the side effects

Weight loss. We are up to 500 mlgs with 2 other meds. Hard to tell these days
