Going To A Great Concert With Light And Other Triggers For Seizures

Going To A Great Concert With Light And Other Triggers For Seizures

My friend takes me with him to a big concert of The Corss with lights and other triggers, like many people, to have a seizure.
I am very scarry!
We have sitting places.
Are there some things i can do to make it less scarier.
Some kind of eyeglasses of so?
Thans very much!

I have been to several concerts and never had any problems. If you decide to go make sure you are not stressing about it beforehand.

If you haven't been a day without a seizure then I would suggest not going. Or you can do everything that has been suggested here but not one day sweetie? If you have some many triggers and your already nervous you may want to consult your neurologist first to get their medical opinion, they know you best. Good luck and I hope you get to go! πŸ˜€πŸ€˜πŸŽΆπŸŽ€

Perhaps knowing that you will enjoy yourselves during the concert, will distract you so much that you forget all about seizures. Wat je aandacht geeft groeit. Voed je de spanning, of voed je het plezier?
