My son use to get migraines twice a week. Neurologist recommended Migrelief (supplement) reduced them by 90%

I have been given Botox injections. Insurance covers it completely. It does not STOP the headaches, but it sure minimizes them compared to how they were.

I just use regular Tylenol.

I use cold strips from pharmacy.
Lavender on my pillow sometimes helps.
Acupressure on the wrist too x
