Lissens Anne,
I know what gives Me making being sad or angry, it's either My Husband or Daughter, really. Sometimes They don't consider what I have and bring Their stress out on Me!

Vincent,
Whoa! That's heavy duty... When You get into considering something like that, They're people out there who do care about You. Just make a tel# and talk with them. You'll feel much better making that call!!

I've tried twice to "end it" all because of "adding more drugs" when a smile and being with those who can give and receive a smile and friendly chat are not only free but have no chemical "downside" or negative side effects as ALL medication do. Just my opinion.

If you still have problems with depression after getting rid of the triggers. Ask your doctor for help, he can prescribe an antidrpressant that will help you.I take an SSRI type of antidepressant and it works great.
