Does Anyone Else Feet And Hands Cramp
A MyEpilepsyTeam Member asked a question 💭

I've had on and off most of my life pills or no pills my feet cramp and turn to the outside it's very painful and no one has been able to tell me the cause. Does anyone else have this, I was given shock treatment and needles in my hands and feet all the pain and no gain.

So sorry, my feet used to cramp sometimes, but it hasn't happened in a very long timeI used to walk alot on one of my previous jobs, I don't know if that was part of it.I try to drink alot of water every day. Could it be potassium loss? OJ or a banana for that.

Maybe because you don't drink you're pills every day but I'm just guessing now. No I have never had that experience

No medication won't help stop it as it happened when I was on it too but thanks. Seems worse if I'm over tired
