Team I'm always, finding myself tired & drained out.. What can that mean?!

Bev, my friend, like you everyone with epilepsy will experience tiredness and drowsiness too. It can be the meds and the doses plus the stress of the day to day routine; then lack of sleep too!
A consistent battle to keep that balance from day to day.
But remember to stay strong inside, taking one day at a time! 😀x

Bev its common that an epileptic needs at least 8 hours of sleep as I stated before! because of our complex situation of meds? try that and in a few days you will be new again! JOHN

How many hours a night are you sleeping? You may be having seizures in your sleep or it may be a side effect of your meds
