i'm going to my neurologist today because I can't get Seizure control. I am allergic to Dilantin and phenobarbital and Keppra was a nightmare for me! Gabapentin didn't help either. I need a success story of a second medicine that has worked with Lamictal....anybody?

Lamitacal I been on over 20 years had good luck gave me my life back

One neuro i had put me on Lamictal and depicote and ended up overdosing me. I went to someone else after that.

Yes I've been on lamictal when the seizures started but the medication was not good 4 me bcs I had seizures more often so the doctor change the medication for phenytoin sod and I don't have any attacks thank God

I was going to DIlantin 25 years ago and had allergic reaction I am not sure but I think Dilantin is a very old med
