Watching TV And Using Your Phone
A MyEpilepsyTeam Member asked a question 💭

For a while I've been watching TV while on my phone but recently my head has been giving me some odd feelings when I flick from the phone to the TV.

I've never had photo epilepsy before. I also work as a technical support person and I have the same odd feelings flicking from one screen to another.

I feel like my epilepsy is changing a lot over the years, has anyone else has this?

I haven't but I do find that a smaller screen doesn't help with the seizure's. I recently purchased a tablet so I could use it in place of my phone and it's loads better

I have this problem too. It has been worse over the last three years. They have no idea why. Sunshine and trees when I am in the truck is the worst.

I don't have this issue but I make sure that everything I use has some form of LCD screen, and even my workplace has to provide a screen cover to go over the PC if they don't have it inbuilt. I find sometimes if the screen is too bright that is when I have the odd feeling, perhaps lowering the brightness of the screens may help?
