i was on keppra and lamotragine xx

I'm on Lamotrigine and have a coil (the mirena IUD) because my doctor said this was the best long term birth control for my situation as the amount of progesterone is very low and straight into your uterus rather than having a higher dose in your blood stream. May be worth considering if you aren't planning children for a few years. The only thing I would warn you if is that it tends to cause alot of bleeding in the first few weeks, and then some erratic spotting for a while before things settle down. But when it does settle down you have lighter, shorter periods and I don't get any period pains anymore.

I have been on the injection and now have the implant and didn't react at all

i had the implant 6 years ago it didn't react with my medication at all, hope every thing goes okay for you xx
