My ex complained about that consistently. Even though it got under the skin, bothersome. You just keep reminding yourself that's their way of viewing it. You can lead a horse to water, but can't make him drink it. Reverse psychology, it does wonders with handling issues such as this one!

OMG! I thought I was the only 1! Yes, I feel like I could sleep forever. It's so hard to get out of bed... Every morning is a struggle when it never was before.

my dr always tells me go to bed at 10pm and get up around 8am but i tell them its not easy as that far as im concerned people who dont have epilepsy will not understand someone with epilepsy, they wont understand how we feel and how we struggle and what we have to go through at the end of the day when you have a epileptic fit it take that energy out of you so you are bound to be tired regardless also when you take your medication it does make you feel drowsy again well it does me but i dont know about most of you

This is very much an epilepsy thing!!! I don't wake my daughter up...I let her wake up on her own and naturally. It doesn't matter how much sleep she's had or what time she went to bed. She can sleep for 18 hours and still get into bed and fall asleep again. You'll have nights when u can't sleep either...its all linked. If u are tired sleep....if u fight it...it just makes things worse down the line. Xx

Hi I'm so sorry this is happening to you it very well could be your epilepsy depending on how your feeling. I'm always feeling tired lately, like these past few days I haven't slept in the last four days, I probably got 3hrs overall in those four days and my body is so numb & beat up. My husband said I also had a seizure this morning! It's stressful depressing & hard that your family needs to be there for you! Its not easy going through this so hang in there!!
