Hiya, I had two seizures in Sept 14 and they said I could apply beginning of July 15 as it takes a while for them to sort it as they have to write to your consultant, im 17 months seizure and praying that I stay seizure free and driving again which is great but a little frightening, but I pray you get your licence back really soon xxxx

Hi, you can apply 2 months before, put the date of your last seizure, they send a medical questionnaire to your doctor, it covers all areas of your medical position, if your doctor recommended you can drive your licence will be sent to you, every time my doctor has approved the medical my licence has been sent in weeks, mind you the doctor got the form wrong once ! It took 8 weeks to be allowed to drive again because of the paperwork at DVLA

If your doctor says to apply it will be returned you you.
