Yes I do I get the ones where I black out an dont know whats happening, I cant talk or Im stuttering. Or I catch the ones where Im staring an wind up passing out.

Hope you feel better soon but I know what you mean as I had that. Got pins and needles in my hand which can also be carpol tunnel as been tested for this too. It's trapped neves, but like martyn said it can also be a aura (warning sign) of a seizure as it one of my warnings as well as other warnings I get.
