Migraines In The Morning?
A MyEpilepsyTeam Member asked a question πŸ’

Lately I've been having awful migraines when I wake up. Doesn't matter how well I sleep I'll get this headache. Does anyone suffer from these because my epilepsy nurse has said it could be a partial seizure?

Used to suffer severely. I also find dehydration and hunger intensifies them.
There are many types of migraine. Those ones that woke me up at 3am - had to have medical attention. Ones that started later in the day (towards afternoon), ate some beacon and eggs and drank some water.
Then there is one that lasts for 3 days. Here we have a little concoction of meds called a migraine cocktail that nips it in the bud.

Do get migraine some times , but I also have other problems with my head which my fits are nothing to do with.my 27yr old son had cancer and it was 18 days from diagnosis to death, the shock of that had the nerve endings playing up in my head, so I am not sure which one it is, on pills for that as well lol . Have a good weekend xx
