Yes i started having a similar thing which resulted in a massive nightmare and panic attack... i know one is coming as I begin to feel like I'm floating

Normally I have an Aura, but the past few I've had I was asleep dreaming that I was having a seizure in like 3rd person. Ended up having seizures while dreaming about it. Very new to me.

Sure is. I've ended up in places and don't know how I got there. Done stuff and don't know how. Was cooking one day and had oven gloves on and burnt myself half way up my arm. Didn't hurt at time until after as did not know how I did it. How on earth it was my arm I don't know as you would think it would be your wrists.
When I was a kid getting ready for school I put my sister skirt on and was unware of what I was doing.
It's so scary as I think I'm going crazy at times.

I only know sometimes because i wake up feeling like I've got a hangover from hell, im not allowed to be on my own anymore after I tried jumping out of the bedroom window, the brain is a scary complicated organ!
