I Had A Very Vivid Dream That I Had A Seizure. Has This Happened To Anyone Before?
A MyEpilepsyTeam Member asked a question 💭

I had a very vivid dream that I had a seizure and I woke up feeling like it had really happened. This had never happened to me before and I was wondering if it had happened to anyone before. Does it mean I had a seizure in my sleep?

I had a dream I had a seizure. I was watching myself from above. My neurologist said it may have been a partial seizure. I have grand MAL

Yep I have these alot!
Last night & this morning I was exhausted from yesterday! I recalled having a dream having my sweetheart’s service dog alerting me licking me, then my sweetheart sitting by me, and I was having a grand mal or clonic tonic...shaking... I only have partial complex

Yes t it has happened to me many times! It is a Seuzure!
When I get them I Feel like I can't move and that my head is spinning between my temples all across my head and I am alert but can't open my eyes until it's over and done with!
I feel dizzy and feel like my body is ahaking on my insides bit to look at me, I would look fune!
But it is a Seizure no douby in my mind and it is a awful feeling when it happens in your sleep!

You most likely did have a Seizure while you were Sleeping!
I get them every once in awhile!
I feel that I can't open my Eyes while I'm Sleeping, and that my nerves are Shaking on the inside, but if people look at me I look fine, but to me I feel Shaky, then my head is Spinning and Dizzy, and I can't move because I feel paralyzed until the Seizure Ends, which seems like Forever!
I would let your Dr know, and tell him what happen to you to get his Input to see what he says!
But I am Sure that you did have a Seizure without a Doubt Iny mind!
